Formerly Using the Solid Fitness space has introduced me to some other great health professionals. Solid Fitness not only has some experienced personal trainers like owner, Joshua Conn, but also has chiropractic services, massage therapy, and physical therapy. Solid Fitness has become a true wellness center for all of your physical health needs. I can confidently say that I stand by every one of these professional’s methods and trust that they can make anyone feel stronger, better, and healthier in everyday life. While I am no longer at this location, I personally highly recommend every professional there.
