Workouts by design.
I will keep a record of all of your workouts in a Google Doc. This ensures that exercises aren’t repeated too often and you don’t get complacent. Week by week, session by session, your workouts will get progressively more difficult and I can monitor what challenges you and helps YOU progress. By request, I will give you access to view this document if you want to use these workouts on the days you don’t train with me. For athletes, you can take this to your coach to show what you’ve been working on outside of practice, to show how you excel above the other athletes. This is a system I stand by and that I am confident in.
